Brothels for the 2004 Olympics

There are lots of things to build, create, and transform in order to be prepared to host the Olympic Games in a particular city. Athens, who is hosting the 2004 Olympic Games, has added a new element to this preparation - they are readying their brothels. A number of European countries have announced their disgust of such plans. In response, Dora Bakoyiannis (Athens' mayor) says that the brothels already exist but don't have the proper permits.
